About Snowed In by Catherine Walsh
Megan returns home for the holidays carrying the village’s judgment after leaving local favorite Isaac at the altar four years earlier. With Isaac engaged again and Megan newly single, a Christmas at home promises more awkwardness than she wants. Then she meets Christian, who is tired of facing his family’s annual concern about his being alone.
The two agree to pose as each other’s dates, signing their pact on a wine-stained napkin and planning to play the happy couple through family gatherings. But holiday obligations bring them into contact with relatives, old friends, old flames and old feelings—and a snowed-in cabin adds another turn to their plans. This contemporary Christmas romantic comedy will suit readers who enjoy fake-dating stories, family-filled holidays and romance with a festive setting.
